Our company is compassionate when it comes to matters regarding the safety of our employees. We strive for zero employee injuries and sicknesses when in the line of duty to safeguard our projects, people, and reputation. We have an industry-leading level of safety performance when it comes to the Total Recordable Incident Rate and the Lost Workday Case Rate records.
- Lead as an example: persons at the top, i.e., managers, are tasked with being an excellent example as they lead.
- Efficient planning: before any project or task is started, our project, engineering, design, and construction management staff employ risk minimization in the planning, designing, and embarkment.
- Safety training: employees are equipped with adequate training on safety so they can spot and reduce risks involved. They are also trained on the best response to accidents that might happen in the course of work.
- Ground control: project managers work hand in hand with persons on the ground, such as contractors, to make sure that the work environment is safe for all.
- Safety budgeting: there are funds allocated to hiring thoroughly trained and qualified safety staff and providing safety resources on the site.
